Director of Clinical Services
Cindy Kempf serves as the Director of Clinical Services for RPI Therapy Services. Cindy graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy in 1982 and from Webster University in 1989 with a master’s degree in health service management. She has over 28 years experience working with older adults. She has served as adjunct faculty at St. Louis University for the past 12 years and has presented numerous educational courses on local, state, and national levels. Her areas of expertise include wheelchair seating and positioning, administration and management, Medicare reimbursement and dementia management. Cindy has also been active in the Missouri Occupational Therapy Association and is currently serving as Vice President. She enjoys watching and playing sports of all kinds.
Rehab Manager
Dawn Follmer received her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Physical Therapy from St. Louis Community College at Meramec in 2002. She has been working in the field of physical therapy for over 15 years, with experience in a wide variety of settings including nursing homes, outpatient, home health, and industrial rehab. She specializes in geriatrics, dementia care, and orthopedics. She enjoys motivating her patients to achieve their highest functional level to improve their quality of life. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching Blues hockey, being outdoors, and reading.
Rehab Manager
Delaina graduated from Saint Louis University with her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2009 and has since worked in aquatic and geriatric settings. She worked with veterans for 4 years before joining the RPI team in 2013. Currently she is the manager at our Westview Assisted Living location and enjoys helping older adults regain their independence, recover from injuries, or simply make life easier for them through therapeutic techniques. She is also a native of the area and enjoys cheering for both the Cardinals and Blues as well as taking advantage of all the outdoor activities in the area, especially the Katy Trail in St. Charles.
Rehab Manager
Annie Liberman was born in St.Louis and continues to reside in St.Louis with her family. She graduated from St.Louis University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. Annie has extensive continuing education in rehabilitation and neurological diagnosis including receiving her NDT certification in 1993. Annie continues to place her clinical emphasis on treating patients with diagnosis including total joint replacement, stroke, Parkinson’s falls, traumatic brain injury etc.
Rehab Manager
Jill Gallagher graduated in 2010 with an associate of applied science degree in Occupational Therapy and has been a part of the RPI team since 2011. She works in the Senior Residential Division and thoroughly enjoys making a difference in the lives of the residents. Working with the senior population has given Jill the opportunity to grow in many areas of focus including orthopedic conditions, neurological rehabilitation, and wheelchair positioning. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the progress throughout and benefits from skilled therapy services. In her free time, Jill likes to spend time with friends and family and enjoys any outdoor activities.
Rehab Manager
Samantha graduated from Maryville University with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in December 2013. She began her professional career in the outpatient setting emphasizing the orthopedic spectrum, however soon realized that although she enjoys working with all ages, that she has a passion for the geriatric population. Samantha began working in the senior residential division at RPI in June 2014. Outside of work, Sam enjoys hanging out with family and friends, playing volleyball, and exercising.
